Thad and I take time at least once a week to get focused for the week ahead. Sometimes we need to expand the time frame, but every week, we make time to talk about what is coming and what needs to happen … we cover everything from meals, appointments, date time, down time, work wonkiness, other meetings, challenges, goals, desires … it can sound overwhelming – though once you get in the groove, it really does just happen =)
